A note on the recent law allowing same-sex marriage in New York

   Congratulations, New York. I feel proud of you for taking this step towards acceptance. Slowly but surely we are becoming closer to allowing all citizens of our country the same rights and privileges.

   To those who are opposed to such a law, please see my blog about my thoughts on religion. It explains quite clearly the main reason I don't much care for homophobia. All I can say is that we are all human beings who have to share this planet. Nobody has yet to give me a reason to think legalizing gay marriage is wrong.
